As a Nurse she worked with children in mental health facilities within Florida’s juvenile correctional system. She managed multiple medical departments and was in charge of auditing/compliance. When Lauren moved to Colorado in 2019, she worked in clinics for adults with mental health disabilities.

In 2021 Lauren found ILRC and fell in love with the agency’s mission to help people live independently in their homes. She loves ensuring that our Consumers experience excellent service and believes that is it very important that our Attendants receive proper training. Lauren has interests in holistic wellness, Ayurveda, yoga and mindfulness practices. She really enjoys spending time outside exploring beautiful Colorado with her family.
