Personal Care Assistant

ILRCCO is hiring experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). PCAs help people to remain independent in their homes. Duties include personal care, household maintenance, meal prep, and grocery shopping. 

Basic First Aid training required. Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Must pass background checks and have employment/personal references. Preferred candidates will have some health care training and/or prior experience in this field. Nursing students and CNA’s are welcome to apply but not required. Rewarding career helping others and opportunity for advancement. Interviews are required. Serious candidates please.

We are looking for the following applicants:

  • Compassionate, loves working with people, is a good listener and extremely consumer oriented and has empathy

  • Are available for holiday and weekend work

  • Have reliable transportation

  • Have a cell phone and email address

  • Are proficient in computer apps

Full-time, Part-time

Pay

$17 - $25 per hour

High school or equivalent (Required)
